Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once confirmed (we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order), it is handed to our delivery partner for dispatch.
Delivery Areas & Times
We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
- Dubai & Sharjah: 2–4 business days
- Other emirates: 3–6 business days
Because we source and ship locally within the UAE, delivery is faster and more reliable than typical overseas orders.
Shipping Fees

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery agent, and ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
